Creamy Bake Spaghetti
If you just want to avoid turkey at all cost and need something quick and easy for your crew, try this Cream Bake Spaghetti recipe submitted by Galeton/LaSalle, CO Volunteer Firefighter Kirk Cosson.
INGREDIENTS:
• 2.5 lbs Hamburger
• 1 (8 ounce block) Cream Cheese
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 1 cup Cottage Cheese
• Salt & Pepper
• Spaghetti Sauce (of your choice)
• Spaghetti Noodles
DIRECTIONS::
- Pre-heat oven to 350º
- Brown Hamburger in skillet – drain
- Add Spaghetti Sauce, and let simmer
- Cook Noodles
- Combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese
LAYER (in 13×9-inch baking dish):
• 1/2 Noodles
• 1/2 Cheese Mixture
• 1/2 Hamburger & Sauce
• Repeat Layers
• Top with Shredded Cheese
• Bake at 350º for 30 minutes uncovered.
